Our Services

In relation to an application for the grant of a new premises licence or the variation of an existing premises licence, the fees set out above cover all of the work (but not the licence application fee or newspaper advertisement cost) in relation to the following:

  • advising you on the licensing objectives and mandatory or appropriate conditions
  • drafting the application form
  • submitting the application form to the licensing authority and providing copies to the statutory consultees
  • preparing the appropriate statutory notice and advertisement
  • placing the advertisement in the local newspaper
  • liaising with the licensing authority and you throughout the consultation period to ascertain the progress of the application.

The range of costs shown above differs for each application type, and we will provide a separate fee estimate for these services, should you require them.

They provide the most imaginative approach to the service and they approach things in a way which finds the best solution.
