If you're in a hurry to buy or sell a property

As you will appreciate the fast move service comes with a high cost premium. It also relies on a number of factors in order to achieve the process. We will need to discuss your individual circumstances and requirements in order to check that the fast move is the most suitable service for you and agree the conveyancing work which you require.

There will be certain transactions which are not suited to the fast move process in particular if you need a mortgage or if you are part of a chain of transactions. We will only recommend that you choose fast move if we think that it is achievable.


Fast Move Service Requirements

The fast move service is subject to the co-operation of the other parties involved and relies on your finances being in place. It may also rely on the searches being carried out by personal agents or covered by search insurance.

We provide a national service to private clients via our offices in London, Watford, Bristol and Birmingham. For clients based in North Bristol, we also have a dedicated office at 106 Henleaze Road.
