The below reflects guidance as at 2 June 2021.
Schools are permitted to work with external coaches, clubs and organisations for both curricular and extra-curricular activities if they are satisfied that it is safe to do so.
Whilst there is no specific guidance relating to the use of school facilities for non-school pupils, the separate Government guidance relating to protective measures for out-of-school settings (youth clubs, holiday clubs etc) is helpful and outlines similar protective measures to those relating to school settings as described above.
In summary, schools should consider carefully how third party arrangements can operate safely alongside the arrangements for pupils.
