Healthcare Innovators and Entrepreneurs
In early December we hosted a seminar for innovators, disruptors and entrepreneurs in healthcare which was a fantastic success.
Over 60 delegates attended to hear Oliver Blackwell from Clever Medical, Dr Damian Gardner-Thorpe from Pulteney Bridge Surgery, Dr Mary Backhouse from North Somerset CCG, Mark Moran from Hydrate for Health and Dr Graham Rich from Boston Consulting Group give their views on 'What does it take to win in healthcare'. We will circulate more on this in due course.
This event reinforces our view that change within the NHS can be very effective at local level and we are committed to working with, networking with and making introductions where we can for entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial businesses in the healthcare space. We are planning more seminars and events in this exciting area.
