New Public Procurement Thresholds for the HE Sector in 2020

The European Commission has released its revised procurement thresholds for contracts awarded under the Public Contract Regulations 2015 and the Concession Contracts Regulations 2016.

These will apply from 1 January 2020 for two years.

We have set out below a table of the relevant thresholds for universities and colleges, which have all increased.

If the UK leaves the EU, the thresholds will be set by the Cabinet Office.
