PCN Data Sharing Deadline - Are You Ready?
We have been contacted by a number of Primary Care Networks (PCNs) who are concerned that they do not yet have a data sharing agreement in place.
In addition to having signed the network agreement, PCNs are also required to have appropriate data sharing arrangements in place. The deadline for this remains 30 June and there is still no sign of the promised NHS England data sharing template.
We understand that at least one CCG is insisting that a data sharing agreement must be in place by 30 June, if the PCN is to go live (and receive its funding backdated to 1 April).
