Coronavirus - Considered 'Force Majeure' Contractual Provisions?

With a backdrop of ongoing system change, contract negotiations and the usual winter pressures, being at the frontline against a new, widespread and infectious disease due to coronavirus (COVID-19) is a headache general practice could do without.

NHS England, CCGs and PHE have all issued guidance on handling the coronavirus from a clinical perspective but where a business is devastated by staff shortages or failed supplies, how do contracts deal with this?
