Following on from the High Court decision to dismiss the two recent judicial reviews launched against the development of ICPs (R v Secretary of State for Health and Social Care and NHS England 2018 and R v NHS England 2018), NHS England has started a public consultation on lead provider integrated care models and on a draft ICP Contract.
Within this consultation, we are given more detail on the proposed ICP Contract and how it may operate.
NHS England is holding a twelve week open call for feedback, which provides an opportunity for interested stakeholders to submit their responses to a number of questions identified within the consultation. Details about what the consultation is considering and how you can submit a response can be found on the main consultation page.
Responses must be submitted before 26 October 2018
