European Commission Revises Public Procurement Thresholds for 2020

on Thursday, 14 November 2019.

The European Commission has released its revised procurement thresholds which apply to contracts awarded under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, the Utilities Contracts Regulations 2016 and the Concession Contracts Regulations 2016.

The public procurement thresholds are reviewed every two years to take into account currency fluctuations.

The new thresholds will apply from 1 January 2020.
