Safer Recruitment Update

Our regular Safer Recruitment Updates notify schools of changes to the safer recruitment regulatory framework and contain practical advice aimed at helping your school meet its compliance obligations.

Safer Recruitment Pack

Our Safer Recruitment Pack contains all of the documents you need to conduct a safer recruitment process, from a comprehensive recruitment policy to an offer letter and documentation for use with contractors and supply agencies. 

The documents are also updated whenever there are relevant changes to legislation, guidance or best practice.

Both the Update and Pack are available through the 'Safeguarding & Safer Recruitment' tab in 'Academies OnStream' to those schools who have access.
