In this free interactive session we will look at five difficult issues that commonly arise when dealing with disciplinaries:

• Is a collapse in trust and confidence a disciplinary issue?
• Can you progress a disciplinary when the employee is signed off sick?
• Can you progress a disciplinary when the employee lodges a grievance or multiple grievances before the hearing?
• How far can HR lead the decision maker?
• When can conduct outside work be a disciplinary issue?​

We will use case studies to highlight the key legal issues involved and provide practical ways for HR professionals to deal with them. 

There will be plenty of time for discussion and questions, so that you will be equipped to respond to the needs of your current and future employees.
