Be honest, had you given much thought to 'force majeure' since covering it in your legal studies, until coronavirus hit and it became THE clause that everyone was suddenly paying attention to? The disruption caused by the pandemic has seen people reaching for their contracts and studying the relevant clauses in detail. In our Coronavirus Q&A newsletter on 6 April (sent to VWV approach members), we offered some practical tips and this webinar will provide further detail on the impact of coronavirus on contracts and procurement.
