Mind the Gap - Gender Pay for Public Sector - Bristol

The Government has now published the long awaited final version of the Equality Act 2010 (Specific Duties and Public Authorities) Regulations 2017. 

The seminar will discuss and explore the potential impact of the Regulations on public sector employers. This session will be suitable for all types of public sector organisations, including Local Authorities, multi-academy trusts and FE and HE organisations. 

These sessions will be practical and interactive, with use of worked examples and group discussion focusing on some of the specific issues arising for public sector employers.

VWV's specialist team will be able to guide your organisation through the Regulations and provide you with details of the steps you should be taking in order to prepare for reporting, how to comply with the Regulations in practice, and how to best manage potential risks associated with pay gap reporting.

Who should attend?

This seminar will be of particular interest to HR professionals in a public sector employer with more than 250 staff (including casual staff).

Employers, in particular, academies with less than 250 employees who wish to adopt a best practice approach to addressing gender inequality in the work environment will also be welcome.
