Mind the Gap - Gender Pay for General Commercial - Bristol

The Government has now published the long awaited final version of the Equality Act 2010 (Gender Pay Gap Information) Regulations 2017. 

The seminar will discuss and explore the potential impact of the Regulations on private sector employers and charities with 250 or more employees.

These sessions will be practical and interactive, with use of worked examples and group discussion focusing on some of the key issues arising for employers.

VWV's specialist team will be able to guide your organisation through the Regulations and provide you with details of the steps you should be taking in order to prepare for reporting, how to comply with the Regulations in practice, and how to best manage potential risks associated with pay gap reporting.

This seminar will be of particular interest to HR professionals in private sector organisations and charities employing more than 250 staff (including casual staff).

Employers, in particular, academies with less than 250 employees who wish to adopt a best practice approach to addressing gender inequality in the work environment will also be welcome.
