Nick Lee - Nick began specialising in legal costs in 2001. Ten years later, he created Paragon Costs. Known for always being commercial and practical, colleagues and clients appreciate how thoroughly Nick assesses the merits in any claims, before giving his experienced and realistic advice. Nick frequently conducts Applications, Costs Management Conferences, Summary and Detailed Assessments, as well as Appeals before District Judges, Cost Judges and Masters in the County Court, High Court and Senior Courts Costs Offices.
Lucy Baldwin - Lucy began her career in costs in 2008 and quickly developed a reputation for understanding the commercial needs of clients. Lucy is experienced in dealing with all areas of commercial litigation and also specialises in banking and finance litigation; having undertaken work for a number of leading banks. Acting for both paying and receiving parties, Lucy focusses the majority of her time on preparing complex costs budgets, undertaking high value paying party work, and providing bespoke advice to clients.
Frenkel Topping
Tracey Atkinson - Before joining Frenkel Topping Tracey worked for 11 years in social housing. She joined Frenkel Topping in February 2016 to manage the Welfare Benefits & Personal Injury Trust Team. Tracey's team provide specialist welfare benefit advice and assistance in respect of benefits a client may qualify for but have yet to claim. They can challenge negative decisions and attend appeal tribunals.They also offer advice to professional and lay deputies who have been appointed by the Court of Protection to manage their client’s financial affairs.
