Although Britain's Brexit negotiations are now in full swing, the implications for citizens of the rest of the EU and the EEA are still far from clear.

When will a conclusion be reached? What are the UK and EU proposing will happen to EU and EEA nationals who are already in the UK? What about EU and EEA nationals who want to come to the UK to work after Brexit?

This briefing will attempt to address these questions and reassure those who are worried about their status after Britain leaves the EU.

Tom Brett Young, specialist immigration lawyer from our Employment team will guide attendees through the certainties and the uncertainties surrounding Brexit, and its implications for EU and EEA nationals who are already in the UK; employers currently employing EU and EEA nationals; and for employers who will continue to rely on EU and EEA employees following the UK's exit from the EU.

Whilst concrete answers may still not be available, the briefing should give people a better idea of what to expect.

Timings: 12.30pm - 2.30pm
