Where would we be without clients? They are so central to our activities as law firms the SRA Code of Conduct contains 6 chapters on 'You and Your Client'! Clients might presume a baseline of competence when instructing a solicitor but what will keep them coming back is the relationship they build with them. Our speakers will share their knowledge and experience of how to get this right (and how to fix it when things go wrong!) resulting in rewarding and longstanding client relationships.

Angela Marsden - Quay Consultancy - How to make the most of every client opportunity

I will look at why clients come to law firms in the beginning, why they might choose one firm over another and what you can do to leverage this.  I will also explore what clients want from a legal service provider and how best that can be delivered.  I will discuss ways in which you can improve your client conversion, satisfaction and retention rates and will provide you with take aways as to what you and your firm can do to deliver improved results and steal a march on the competition.
