The session will take place at the iconic Library of Birmingham, to discuss current issues affecting private clients and their advisers.

We will talk about the implications of attacking trustee decisions for breach of duty or mistake, and explore other highly topical issues relevant to both contentious and non-contentious practitioners alike.
