In this informal breakfast session, HR Consultants Caitlin Anniss and Sarah Martin from Narrow Quay HR, will cover the basic process as well as some of the complex issues that can sometimes crop up and send the process off track and into risky territory.
As always, there will be scenarios for delegates to consider and we anticipate this will also be a great opportunity for delegates to share experiences with other HR professionals in attendance.
For those that deal with disciplinary issues a lot, this will be an excellent refresher and for those that are keen to learn more, this session will equip you with the relevant skills and confidence to manage the process.
