In this informal breakfast session, HR Consultants Caitlin Anniss and Sarah Martin from Narrow Quay HR and Jessica Scott-Dye from VWV will talk through the issues that can be raised by managing employees who are going through the menopause in the workplace. The menopause and its impact on work is topical at the moment and ACAS have recently released some new guidance.
We will use case studies to highlight the key legal issues involved and provide practical ways for HR professionals to deal with them.
As always, there will be plenty of time for discussion and questions both during and after the session and practical scenarios for delegates to consider.
