A seminar for HR Professionals, Finance Directors, HR Managers, Heads of HR, Business Managers, as well as Practice Managers, GP Business Manager and Assistant Practice Managers.
When it becomes clear that there is some ongoing disharmony amongst colleagues at work, there are a variety of ways to respond. With that in mind, we are delighted to welcome Alison Love from Resolution at Work. Resolution at work has been at the forefront of workplace mediation and conflict resolution since it was first established in 2000.
Alison will be delivering an interactive session exploring the various options available to manage workplace conflict. This session will look at the pros and cons of each and consider which may help to positively manage the situation and which may escalate the situation; how to climb up the ladders and how to avoid the snakes that may be hiding in the long grass!
Alison’s background includes over eighteen years’ experience as a specialist employment lawyer, eight years as an HR practitioner and over six years providing conflict resolution services including mediation, neutral assessments, conflict coaching and conflict resolution training. Resolution at Work has offices in England (Bristol) and Wales (Cardiff).
The session will be chaired by Caitlin Anniss and Sarah Want from Narrow Quay HR.
