We are proud to announce that we have been appointed to Crown Commercial Service's (CCS) significant new Public Sector Legal Services Framework (RM6240) for the next four years.
Achieving positions on CCS' Public Sector Legal Services Framework allows VWV to provide full and specialist service support to clients in the wider public sector and their associated bodies. This includes devolved administrations, health and education bodies, local and regional government organisations, emergency services and third sector organisations.
VWV has acted for CCS and its predecessors since 2005 and via this framework can continue to support clients, both current and new, with a wide range of services and specialisms including procurement, property and construction, planning and environment, litigation and dispute resolution, intellectual property, immigration and employment law throughout England and Wales.
Allison Cook, Partner and Head of VWV's Public Sector team commented:
"We have been supporting the public sector for almost 30 years and are delighted with our appointment to CCS' new panel. Our work in the Public Sector is a core focus and investment area for the firm and following our appointment we look forward to supporting CCS in providing a greater number of clients with access to our expertise and quality support."
CCS supports the public sector in achieving maximum commercial value when procuring common goods and services. In 2021/22, CCS helped the public sector to achieve commercial benefits equal to £2.8 billion - supporting world-class public services that offer best value for taxpayers.
