VWV strengthens senior team with the addition of two directors

Continuing its strategic pursuit of growth and excellence, VWV proudly announces the appointment of two new dynamic directors to its team.

Emma Herbert, new Director of Business Development and Marketing and Dave Bloor, appointed as the Director of Digital, Data, and Technology, promise to help us, as a firm, grow and continue to innovate.

Emma brings a wealth of knowledge in marketing and business development, through a distinguished career with renowned organisations such as Sainsburys, ICI, TENA, WW (Weight Watchers) and Linnaeus.

Emma expressed her enthusiasm for joining us at VWV, citing the company's "culture and the opportunity to build strong relationships while contributing to the business's growth with my cross-sector experience and learnings." At the forefront of Emma's aims is to "enhance our clients' experience and journey, ensuring we are always listening to their feedback and driving for continuous improvement".

Dave, with a 24-year professional journey, has a reputation of delivering tangible results in digital transformation and operational excellence projects across a diverse range of industries. His experience includes roles at Ford, Screwfix, Clarks, and most recently, Foot Anstey LLP. Dave's strategic appointment aligns seamlessly with VWV's goals of growth and innovation.
