Two Partner Promotions in VWV's Corporate, Commercial & Charities Team

Frances Anderson and Samantha Chaney

Frances specialises in intellectual property, technology and the creative industries. Her work extends from advising international manufacturing companies on brand licences to assisting tech startups with intellectual property issues and supporting creative industries clients on artist agreements.

Samantha specialises in mergers and acquisitions, corporate law and bank lending. She acts for SMEs, start-up companies, entrepreneurs and financial institutions, with particular expertise in the technology, media & communications sectors.

Frances and Samantha are amongst the six lawyers promoted this year to Partner, a record number which takes the Partner count across offices in London, Watford, Bristol and Birmingham to 77. This reflects the firm's successful growth strategy, with an annual turnover just shy of £40m for the past financial year.
