Please join us for a webinar, which has been designed to help school leaders to prepare for the academic year ahead. We will provide an overview of changes to key education law and guidance applying from September 2024 and further changes we can expect from the new government.

We will cover:

  • A post-election update: the labour manifesto, changes implemented and those expected for the 2024/25 academic year (together with expected timings)
  • Identification of previously anticipated changes which have fallen away
  • Changes to key education law/statutory guidance:
    • KCSIE 2024
    • Working together to safeguard children 2023
    • Working together to improve school attendance 2024
    • EYFS 2024
  • Other recommended priorities
