Michelle is head of the property litigation team. She has extensive experience of property dispute resolution for clients in the public and private sectors. She specialises in dilapidations claims, lease renewals, estate management, service claims disputes, rent reviews and freehold disputes.
Michelle also advises on property related judicial reviews and regularly works with treasury counsel.
Chambers 2009/2010 describes Michelle as "very client focussed" with an excellent technical grasp she is considered by Chambers as "proactive and constructive in her dealings".
