Jo joined VWV as a paralegal in 1996, qualifying as a Solicitor in 2002 and promoted to partner in 2021. Starting her working life in a small firm before VWV and with a husband who is a sole-practitioner, she is committed to the support of small to medium law firms, and having juggled work with family commitments for more nearly 20 years, she is aware of the daily demands of trying to achieve a good work/life balance!
