Charlotte is an Associate in the Charities team, based in our Birmingham office.
Charlotte works with charitable organisations, including academy trusts to provide charity, company and trust law advice. Her specialism includes governance advice, constitutional amendments, setting up and registering charities and advising on regulatory involvement from the Commission.
She is also experienced in advising on academy conversions, transfers and trust mergers and closures, specialising in the preparation of funding documentation and project management.
