Highlights include:

• Our South West Private Wealth Disputes team have maintained their Band 1 ranking. 
• Michelle Rose, Head of Private Client, and Fiona Lawrence, Partner, have maintained their Band 1 ranking within this practice area.

EducationInvestor Awards 2025

We are thrilled to have been named Legal Advisor of the Year, to Education Institutions at the 2025 EducationInvestor Awards.

This marks our second consecutive win of this particular award, and our fifth overall win at the EducationInvestor Awards, demonstrating our continued commitment to the education sector, where we support over 1,200 institutions, including independent schools, academies, colleges and universities.

This is the first time that Claire has been nominated for this award, and we're proud that she has been recognised for her efforts.

• 42 individually ranked lawyers, with 9 new or improved listings.

Notable highlights include:

• Band 1 for Personal Injury, Education (Independent Schools), Corporate (Watford), Family, and Medical Partnerships
• Jonathan Peacock and Samantha Hickman achieving Band 1 individual rankings

This year, VWV achieved 29 practice area rankings, including:

We’re proud to be ranked Band 1 for Private Wealth Disputes in the South West – one of only two firms in the region to receive this honour.

Individual achievements include:
