ENGAGE Network
VWV's employee-led ENGAGE Network plays a crucial role in bringing to life our approach to inclusion, raising awareness, and bringing colleagues together for events to connect and learn.
The ENGAGE Network's mission is to continue to encourage and promote the culture of inclusion and a sense of belonging at VWV, valuing every employee as an individual. Building on the brilliant progress in strengthening VWV's commitment to women's career progression, our Network has launched four new groups to give greater opportunities to champion causes that matter to our colleagues: LGBTQ+, Neurodiversity, Race and Religion.

As founding members of the highly-acclaimed West of England Legal Early Careers Network, we show our commitment to broadening access to the legal profession through our popular schools work experience programme and the success of our growing apprenticeship programmes.
