Chloe has advised maintained schools, academy trusts and sponsors on the establishment and governance of academies since 2005 and therefore has a wealth of education sector knowledge to support you and your school. Chloe has a particular focus on DfE policy, charity law, company law, collaborative working and governance models including the establishment and operation of multi academy trusts.

Chloe has a particular interest in the political landscape of the sector and changes in DfE policy. She regularly meets with the DfE ensuring that our advice takes into account the policy context. Chloe also writes for publications and delivers training via conferences at a national level, ensuring that she has a strong understanding of the issues facing governors and senior leaders.
