Jo is a Partner in our Employment team, who advises on all areas of employment law in relation to both contentious and non-contentious matters.
She assists businesses, public sector organisations, charities, schools, FE colleges and universities in resolving difficult employment issues including restructures, TUPE transfers, workplace disputes, employee exits and Employment Tribunal claims.
Jo has a genuine enthusiasm for employment law and problem solving. By taking a commercial and pragmatic approach to resolving complex and often sensitive issues, Jo has a track record of achieving successful outcomes for her clients. She works closely with clients to understand their objectives and tailors her advice to meet their specific needs.
Jo is based in our Bristol office but can support you nationally.
Jo has been an immense support during what have been some very sensitive issues over the last few months, and we are extremely grateful for all the hard work she has undertaken. Jo has a very good understanding of our School and continues to provide excellent guidance and advice.

Jo is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and was a trustee of charity for several years. In her spare time she enjoys travel and sailing.
