Kathy has over 20 years' experience as an employment lawyer acting for a wide range of commercial clients, clients within the public sector and third sectors including housing associations, schools and charities. She has particular expertise in managing complex projects, including TUPE advice, large scale redundancies and restructurings; and tribunal litigation, including multi applicant claims and complex discrimination issues.
Kathy enjoys understanding her clients' strategic priorities and approach to HR issues so the advice she provides ensures that these are met. She is known for her ability to deal with complex projects and litigation and the advice she provides is always pragmatic and clear.

Kathy is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and has been the Chair of a local Charity and Housing Association and a Governor of both an FE College and an Academy Trust.
Outside of work, Kathy's time is spent with her family and when there is time she enjoys swimming, gardening, reading and going to the theatre.
