We will take a close look at quality statements, evidence categories, scoring and rating. We will be sharing some top tips on preparing for a CQC assessment and discuss ways in which providers can challenge assessment/inspection reports.
Tracey McGee, an external consultant, will consider the practicalities of the new regime including, ways providers can effectively gather feedback, quality assure their own systems and processes, create an effective pathway of evidence and put in place governance strategies to ensure compliance to regulations.
