Alarna is a Solicitor in our Commercial team, and can help you with matters involving life sciences, technology and higher education.

Alarna's experience includes drafting and advising on collaboration agreements, grant and sub-grant agreements, risk reviews on consultancy agreements and contracts for the supply of goods and/or services, as well as drafting IP assignments.

Alarna finds Commercial law an enjoyable area to practice in because it is very varied. Every contract has its own quirks and commercial purpose which invites creativity and problem-solving skills to ensure each client need is met.

Alarna is based in our Birmingham office but can support you nationally.

What you might like to know

Alarna graduated from university with a First Class Honors BSc (Hons) Biomedical Science, and a Graduate Diploma in Law. Alarna is also a member of Birmingham Law Society.

Alarna has sat and passed the Solicitor's Qualification Exam (SQE) 1 and 2.

Outside of work, Alarna enjoys travelling, reading and attending music events.
