We offer a range of initiatives designed to help everyone feel part of the firm, including mentoring programs, wellbeing support, and regular training sessions on bias awareness and inclusive leadership. And our employee-led network 'ENGAGE', introduced to raise awareness and celebrate cultural differences, is growing in numbers day by day. We also partner up with diversity organisations committed to widening access to the legal profession to make sure we continue to do all we can to make VWV welcoming for all.
