Andrew Andrews is a Partner and Higher Court Advocate in our regulatory compliance team. He advises GP practices, dental practices and care homes on contentious and sensitive healthcare matters. Andrew provides representation and support on disputes, regulatory investigations and Coroners' inquests.
Jen Durbin is a Solicitor in our regulatory compliance team who brings experience in guiding health and social care providers through complex regulatory investigations, including all manner of regulatory enforcement action by CQC against providers. Her expertise ensures clients receive strategic and knowledgeable support to navigate legal challenges with confidence.
Gabi Ashton is a CQC Compliance Specialist at Let's Make Lemonade. She has worked in the Health and Social Care Sector for over 15 years, in CQC Regulated Services and as a CQC Inspector. This experience on both sides of the CQC has given her valuable insights into why and how services are rated from 'Inadequate' to 'Outstanding'. Gabi now works independently, specialising in CQC Compliance, Quality Assurance and Quality Improvement, with the aim of driving improvement and integration across the Health and Social Care sector, in line with regulatory requirements.
