Renascience Pharma Sold to Lupin’s UK Subsidiary

VWV are delighted to have acted for the sellers of Renascience Pharma in the sale of the company to pharmaceutical major Lupin, through its UK subsidiary.

Renascience, incorporated in 2015, supplies niche high-quality medicines with proven therapeutic value, catering to primary and secondary care in the UK.

The transaction, led by Richard Phillips, corporate partner, assisted by Shane Taylor, is another successful transaction for VWV's Pharma and Life Sciences team which is going from strength to strength. VWV is active in EMIG and has developed its own highly successful network in the sector - PING .
