VWV welcomes four newly qualified solicitors across four teams and three offices

01 Sept 2025

VWV are delighted to announce the qualification of four solicitors, who have successfully completed their training contracts and will continue their careers with the firm across a variety of practice areas.

The newly qualified solicitors will strengthen key practice areas including the Real Estate and Commercial teams in our Bristol, London and Watford offices.

Newly qualified solicitors: Emily Dyer, Oliver Humphries, Joshua Lintern and Zac Martin-Taylor are qualifying into various teams after having completed a two-year training contract at VWV. Our training contract offers aspiring lawyers the opportunity to gain valuable experience across four diverse areas of law, helping them build a strong foundation for their future careers.

Laura Chesham, Trainee Solicitor Lead Partner, has commented: "Congratulations to all of our NQs on successfully completing their training contracts.  This is a fantastic achievement and the product of a lot of hard work.  Thank you to all of our NQs for their commitment to VWV and its values.  I wish them all every success as they start their careers as qualified lawyers."

As of 1 September 2025, VWV have 24 trainees showcasing their commitment to continuing to develop legal talent. This number includes 9 new trainees starting their training contract this month. VWV are also welcoming 4 new Solicitor apprentices in September, who will join their 6 current apprentices across their offices in Bristol, Birmingham, London and Watford

Zac Martin-Taylor is amongst the group of newly qualified solicitors and has commented: "I am delighted to be qualifying into the planning and infrastructure team at VWV. The route to qualification at the firm has been incredibly rewarding and I will be forever grateful to the wonderful supervisors and teams that have helped me along the way. The Planning and Infrastructure team is known for its variety of work and friendly atmosphere, and I feel fortunate to be the newest member of such a great team. I am looking forward to continuing my development and contributing to the team's success in this next stage of my career."
