VWV welcomes Thomas Pollitt to their Birmingham based Corporate team.

His expertise covers a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, whilst his practice focuses on strategic transactions and collaborations within the education sector.

Thomas has considerable experience advising both public and for-profit education institutions, including universities, pathway providers, professional education providers and independent schools groups. Thomas also often works on cross-border matters.
