How can Bindu help you?
Bindu is a Partner in the Watford office and has over 18 years experience, assisting clients with a range of issues following relationship breakdown: divorce/separation, cohabitation disputes, domestic violence, children and the division of financial resources. She also assists with pre/post nuptial, cohabitation and separation agreements.
Bindu is a trained mediator and collaborative lawyer. She regularly writes articles and has taken part in a family law clinic, podcasts, and a live Q & A TV show as she recognises the importance of sharing information and providing education on family law matters.
Meeting your needs
Bindu is committed to providing an exceptional service, always going the extra mile. She understands that clients could be at a vulnerable stage in their lives and wants to help them through that journey.
Bindu encourages out of court, practical and cost-effective solutions and usually will advise clients on actions that they can take themselves to limit expense. If necessary, although very much the last resort, she can firmly guide clients through the court process.
Bindu approaches matters holistically, balancing the legal needs of the client with the emotional issues. She will use and involve other experts to compliment the service that she provides.
