Claire is a member of the Residential Conveyancing and Plot Sales team within the wider Real Estate team in our Bristol office. Claire is a Chartered Legal Executive specialising in plot sales and has over 25 years experience of a wide range of residential property transactions
Claire has acted for a variety of clients including developers and private individuals. She deals primarily with plot sales including the legal set up, drafting and preparation of transfers and leases and preparing sales packs for buyer's Solicitors, dealing with Solicitor's legal enquiries and following the transaction through to completion.
Claire advises on setting up leasehold schemes for flat conversions and drafting leasehold documentation. She also has experience dealing with residential conveyancing, leasehold and freehold properties, mortgages and other property related matters.
