Dominic is a Senior Associate and Solicitor Advocate in the insolvency and restructuring team, based at our London Office.
He has specialised in insolvency and restructuring since 2011. Dominic also has particular expertise in matters arising out of civil fraud, debt claims, enforcement of secured lending, shareholder and corporate disputes.
Meeting Your Needs
Dominic regularly acts for insolvency practitioners, directors and individuals in contentious and non-contentious insolvency and restructuring matters including, the sale and purchase of insolvent businesses, bringing and defending claims arising out of the Insolvency Act 1986, advising on directors' duties and personal insolvency procedures. He regularly advises on using insolvency procedures and litigation to achieve recoveries for those who have suffered financial loss, arising from misconduct or fraud.
He also specialises in civil fraud, often involving the misappropriation of company funds, misrepresentation and has extensive experience dealing with complex, high value claims which are often litigated in the High Court, including pursuing and defending injunctive proceedings.
As a Solicitor Advocate, Dominic holds Higher Rights of Audience which enables him to provide advocacy servicers in the higher Courts in England. He regularly appears in the High Court in London in corporate insolvency and bankruptcy matters.
