Mark specialises in providing both contentious and non-contentious employment law advice. He is experienced in advising a wide range of clients and assists with business reorganisation, disciplinary, grievance, performance management and redundancy issues. Mark also regularly prepares contracts of employment, settlement agreements and policy documentation for clients.
Mark has significant experience of assisting clients with Employment Tribunal claims and dispute resolution. Mark also regularly advices clients on information law issues, advising clients on responding to Subject Access requests and Freedom of Information requests. Mark can also advise and assist in relation to business immigration and personal immigration matters.
Mark enjoys working closely with clients, across various sectors, to understand their individual needs and requirements in order to provide clear, pragmatic and practical advice on employment, information law and immigration issues.

Mark is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and the Immigration Law Practitioners' Association. He is a regular speaker at training sessions and regularly writes articles for several business publications on employment law issues. Mark is a member of the Technology team in Bristol.
