Olivia joined our Family Team in September 2023 after successfully completing her training contract at VWV..
Olivia works in all areas of family law, including divorce and dissolution of marriages and civil partnerships, financial proceedings involving complex and more modest assets, and matters involving children. Olivia also provides advice to unmarried couples, either at the outset of a relationship or at the time of separation.
Meeting Your Needs
Prior to commencing her training contract, Olivia worked as a paralegal in our Private Client Estates, Wills and Tax Planning team and has over four years of experience in dealing with the individual needs of private clients.
Olivia understands that direct contact with clients is at the forefront of everything we do and finds it incredibly rewarding to assist our clients during challenging times. The uniqueness of each situation fuels her love for problem-solving and negotiation on an individual basis.
The collaborative nature within the Family team here at VWV means our clients will always receive the best service possible by working together to navigate the complexities of family matters.
What You Might Like to Know
Olivia gained an undergraduate degree in History and a post-graduate degree in Medieval Studies before going on to study for her Graduate Diploma in Law.
When not working, Olivia enjoys travelling, trying new food and spending time outdoors.
