Rhiannon is a Solicitor in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution team, based in our Bristol office.
She assists both private individuals and organisations on a wide range of matters including general commercial litigation, insolvency, reputation management, intellectual property infringements, data breach claims, procurement litigation, director and shareholder disputes, professional negligence claims and debt recovery.
Rhiannon advises across a number of sectors, with a recent focus on assisting clients in the education, charities and pharmaceuticals and life sciences sectors.
Before qualifying as a solicitor, Rhiannon completed training seats in our Commercial Property, Corporate, Charities and Contentious Probate teams. Prior to starting her training contract, Rhiannon also gained legal experience working as a paralegal in Augustines Injury Law. During her time with the team, she managed a portfolio of personal injury claims and assisted on high value clinical negligence, serious injury and fatal accident claims.
What You Might Like to Know
Rhiannon undertook a two-year accelerated Law degree at the University of Law in Guildford, before completing her Legal Practice Course in Bristol.
She is an active member of the firm's Sports and Social Committee and plays for the VWV Netball team in the local corporate league. Rhiannon is also a member of the Bristol Junior Lawyers Division.
