Sonya works in the Corporate law team, based in Bristol.
She primarily advises technology and life-science companies on private equity, angel and venture capital investments (including under the SEIS and EIS schemes). She regularly provides Lawyer-in-Residence services to SETsquared Bristol, SETsquared Bath and Science Creates.
She also provides advice on a wide range of other strategic corporate matters including preparing businesses for equity investment and exits and advising companies on mergers, acquisitions and shareholder arrangements.
