Tabitha is an Associate in the Estates Tax Planning and Trusts, based in our Bristol office.

Tabitha is part of our Private Client team and works on a range of complex cases involving estates, powers of attorney, wills and codicils.

Meeting Your Needs

Tabitha undertakes both lifetime planning and post-death work. She is dedicated to helping clients achieve their goals, whilst understanding their needs and implementing proficient solutions to solving problems along the way.

Tabitha works closely with executors to ensure estate administrations are handled with great care. Tabitha understands that navigating the estate administration process can be a challenge for executors and families at what is often an incredibly difficult time.

Tabitha takes great care to ensure her approach is efficient and compassionate by building strong relationships to generate the best possible outcomes for her clients.

Tabitha also acts for couples and individuals in the preparation and updating of wills. Tabitha develops creative and efficient solutions for clients, using wills and deeds of variation as part of lifetime planning.

Tabitha prepares and registers lasting powers of attorney and advises on the old style enduring powers of attorney. Tabitha will gladly discuss your concerns on capacity with you to ensure that your queries are addressed and you are left with peace of mind that your ducks are in a row.

What You Might Like to Know

Tabitha is a full member of STEP, the Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners, having successfully completed all the necessary exams for full TEP designation at distinction level.

When Tabitha isn't at work, her time is spent cooking, gardening and doing DIY. As well as spending time by the sea (having grown up on the Jurassic Coast) Tabitha enjoys being outdoors, particularly if there is a picnic involved!
