Buying a house at auction can be a daunting prospect. Our Auction service has been designed specifically for anyone thinking of purchasing at auction who wants to check out the legal aspects before they bid on a property.
We can provide you with a written or verbal report with copies of any relevant papers, setting out exactly what you are letting yourself in for, a guide on property auction procedures, and if you are successful our experienced team will manage the process through to completion.
We will give you advice about your deposit, surveys and finance, synchronising with other transactions, and your insurance obligations.
Our Auction review and report package starts at £650 plus VAT payable immediately, provided we have at least ten working days notice before the property auction to allow us time to get papers through from the auctioneer, or from the seller's solicitors.
We can sometimes offer our Auction service right up to the day of the auction but our report will be verbal, rather than written and there will be an additional charge.
No aspect stands out, as all aspects were exceptional. That said, I particularly appreciate the direct way in which my questions have been dealt with, regardless of whether or not a I was going to like the answer - that approach has saved time and, of course, money.
