Adam is a Senior Associate, specialising in non-transactional corporate law.
Adam has over 20 years’ experience advising and working with a hugely varied client base including accountancy and tax advisory firms. He also advises other law firms in corporate legal and governance matters affecting limited companies and LLPs, ranging from company restructurings & share reorganisations, returns of capital and articles of association for companies of all kinds, to both company dissolution and restorations, and non-contentious court applications relating to both restorations and extensions of time for filing of charges.
Apart from a wide range of accountancy and tax advisory firms, his client base spans sectors and has included businesses from banks and oil companies to property management companies, by way of owner-managed and family businesses, and trade bodies and sporting associations.
As such, he has deep experience in providing timely advice and support to his clients and in being able to assess his clients’ further requirements and provide introductions to other experts and advisors.
